Miniature Coolamon / Piti bowl necklace with Quandong seeds and gum nuts. The necklace is a mini replica to the large scale coolamons that are made by mostly women.
They are all individually shaped by local Narungga, Kaurna Women they are made from local gum tree branches and other wood on our many travels on country.
Coolamon's / Pitit Bowls were widely used as baby carriers and women used to gather seeds and nuts throughout the day.
